Instruction
10 ml aliquot of 24 hrs urine.Collect urine with 25 ml 50% of conc. HCl to maintain pH below 3. For children adjust the volume of acid according to expected urinary output. Keep urine refrigerated during collection. Record body weight and 24 hr urinary volume on TRF.Ship refrigerated or frozen.Avoid Vitamin C and citrus fruits 48 hrs prior to specimen collection
