Draw specimen after the patient is made to sit upright for 30 min. &3 mL plasma from 1 lavender top (EDTA) vacutainer.Sample should be collected between 8am to 10 am and at least 30 min after waking up from sleep. Separate the plasma in a vial and ship frozen. Overnight fasting is preferred
