Plasma should be separated within 2 hrs of collection in EDTA.Plasma should be stored and sent frozenPatient should not consume Vit B supplement, coffee, banana, alpha-methy DOPA, MAO inhibitors, COMT inhibitors as well as medication related to hypertention - for at least 72 hrs prior to initiating sample collection.Provide detailed clinical history alongwith radiological findings and history of medication.
